Congratulations to Cameron who did a trial flight on his birthday. A nice way to celebrate!
And congratulations to Sam who had a trial flight the day after his birthday. I think we will be seeing some more of these two budding pilots. It was a real pleasure to fly with them both.

It’s been quite a day for Trial Flights. Meredith is the granddaughter of one our members Kerry Brown. A beautiful day for a fly, perhaps a little thermally. Meredith handled the plane really well and thoroughly enjoyed herself. I believe it was the first time in something this small!
Lincoln was our second trial flight. He too had never flown in something so small. Another great flight. Very gentle on the controls. We may well see Lincoln again. If so make sure you make him feel welcome.
Kerry Mckivor came in for a trial flight Saturday. He had never been in a small aircraft and had decided it was time he did. The grin says it all! Kerry really enjoyed his flight and got the hang of the controls really quickly. I believe we will be seeing Kerry again soon.
Eden Southee is yet another person who has taken up a trail flight this month and got to enjoy the warm weather and see what this mircolight flying is all about. Hope Matt let you lose on those controls so you could get a good feel for flying.
